What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development- Instruction Design Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals. o Strong grasp of ID models like ADDIE and adult learning theories. o Ability to follow and enhance high-level designs with creativity and precision. o Exposure to digital learning strategies (gamification, microlearning, simulations). o Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint. o Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate (Rise/Storyline), ClaroFlow, or similar tools is a plus.
What are we looking for? • Create Compelling Learning Experiences: Design and develop a range of training assets—eLearning, instructor-led, videos, and more—based on defined learning goals and audience needs. • Own the Content Development Process: From course outlines and storyboards to final content, ensure everything aligns with design standards, branding, and client expectations. • Research & Understand the Subject Matter: Dive into provided materials and conduct independent research to fully grasp training topics. • Collaborate with Experts: Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather insights, validate content, and incorporate feedback. • Ensure Quality & Consistency: Review and revise your own work rigorously to minimize feedback cycles and maintain quality control. • Support the Team: Conduct peer reviews, share best practices, and help onboard new team members as needed. • Adapt & Improve: Incorporate feedback from reviewers, resolve conflicting input, and continuously refine training solutions. • Contribute to Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and modern approaches to learning—think gamification, simulations, microlearning, and digital-first formats
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
