What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.
What are we looking for? •Min 5 years of demonstrated work experience in managing 10+ analysts within customer experience and credit analysis team processes. Credit management would be a plus 1-2 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals Proven experience in utilizing processes and tools to drive the reporting team in completing tactical tasks and meeting SLA delivery. Meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated understanding of stakeholder mapping (including other Accenture teams and Meta POC) and cross-functional interactions to facilitate comprehensive solutions. Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing critical points and enhancing the execution of individual tasks. In-depth understanding of root causes of potential problems and timely escalation of risks to the manager. Ability to guide the team in resolving out-of-DTP situations and solving complex issues under pressure. Collaborate to solve complex scenarios and inspire a proactive spirit within the team. Reliable and proactive approach to entrusted tasks, with a knack for thinking outside the box. Adaptable, especially during month, quarter, and year-end closings. Fluent in English, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with clients and teams. Possesses exceptional business acumen to effectively guide the reporting team
Roles and Responsibilities: •Oversee the distribution of the team’s workload, ensuring all requests are actioned as per TAT and issues are escalated appropriately. Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and internal stakeholders. Facilitate proactive discussions to follow up and resolve issues within agreed timelines with customers, peers, and managers. Provide recommendations to enhance the company’s overall credit risk management strategy. Attend client meetings to discuss account performance and address any issues as needed. Ensure desktop procedures and local work instructions are updated in a timely manner. Generate monthly metric reports, including proactive analysis and strategic insights. Escalate issues or concerns according to the established escalation procedure. Prepare and conduct initial reviews of management reports in line with client and Accenture requirements. Work with Internal Portfolio Managers and prepare reports for submission to the regional credit POC manager and GPO’s on support required, Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with Clients and Accenture’s requirements and adherence to client’s policies and procedures
