What would you do? We’re Accenture Marketing Operations. We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. We are digital professionals committed to providing innovative, end-to-end customer experience solutions focusing on operating marketing models that help businesses transform and excel in the new world, with an ecosystem that empowers our clients to implement the changes necessary to support the transformation of their businesses. ou will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, collecting, processing, and analyzing consumer and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making. This role will involve developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? • 8–12 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, or strategy roles (across both FMCG and research agency) including 1-2+ years’ experience leading / managing a team of diverse skill sets, and in client handling / client facing roles • Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate the data driven insights for specific business/client contexts. Skilled in data storytelling and dashboarding for stakeholder consumption • Deep understanding of consumer needs, attitudes and behaviors. Strong holistic business understanding and commercial acumen • Deep expertise in tracking, panel/sales, U&A, segmentation; strong qual/quant synthesis and executive storytelling • Multi-market/global project leadership with stakeholder management expertise • Excellent project management skills including ability to plan ahead, collaborate and network with multiple groups • Strong Verbal & Written communication skills and strong presentation skills & soft skills • Candidate should have hands-on work experience in data analytics • Prior experience in project management/consulting is highly desirable • Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Askia Explorer (or similar platforms) • Knowledge of research platforms and documentation standards • Exposure to process improvement and best-practice development • Knowledge of data quality/QA practices, version control and documentation standards • Experience of working with onshore teams
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage task intake, understand business needs, scope briefs, and deliver actionable insights • Lead end-to-end consumer insights delivery: scope briefs, coordinate with data team, ensure data accuracy, and provide decision-ready outputs • Translate data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholders • Act as SPOC for Insights requests, prioritizing and managing timely delivery with high quality • Maintain data hygiene, documentation standards, and track service KPIs • Support insights strategy and identify opportunities for process improvement • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities and share knowledge • Present insights to management, linking findings to strategic and actionable recommendations • Mentor and develop analysts, supporting career growth and capability building • Drive continuous improvement in insights processes and delivery standards • Support strategic planning by identifying consumer trends and foresight areas
