A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
What are we looking for? • Experience in HR data analysis • MySQL • Basic Python • HR Domain Understanding • Business Acumen • Strong Communication Skills • Proactive & Independent Contributor • Experience working with offshore teams is preferred • VBA • Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations • Power BI or visualization and reporting tool
Roles and Responsibilities: • Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies • Programming & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage • HR Analytics & Business Strategy: Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology • Client & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate insights, front-end client discussions, and present findings with well-structured reports • Proof of Concept Development: Independently handle data, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving continuous improvement
