What are we looking for? Experience in HR data analysis • MySQL • Basic Python • HR Domain Understanding • Business Acumen • Strong Communication Skills • Proactive & Independent Contributor • Experience working with offshore teams is preferred • VBA • Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations • Power BI or visualization and reporting tool
Roles and Responsibilities: • Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenance • Programming & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage • HR Analytics & Business Strategy: Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology • Proof of Concept Development: Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business • Collaboration: Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
