In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. As part of our Data & AI practice, you will be part of global Data & AI team, using analytics, AI/ML, and planning tools to optimize supply chain performance for CPG clients. Your role involves leading strategy, extracting insights, managing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and automation. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in analytics and decision science methos.
What are we looking for? • Supply Chain Analytics - Planning • 14+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, primarily within the CPG industry • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: demand planning, inventory management, S&OP, or logistics • Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, with exposure to Kinaxis, SAP, or similar platforms • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and leadership experience • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet deadlines • Problem-solving skills • Ability to perform under pressure • Prioritization of workload • Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Advanced Excel, with strong data modeling and reporting skills • Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics and predictive modeling • Exposure to AI-driven Agents within supply chain operations • Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and insights • Understanding of global supply chain operations and live data ingestion tool
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead data-driven insights and design digital supply chain analytics solutions for business optimization • Transform complex data into actionable strategies to improve supply chain planning and performance • Utilize O9 planning platform to support demand forecasting, supply optimization, and scenario planning • Possess expertise in SQL, Advanced Analytics, Power Query, and VBA to drive automation and decision-making • Engage with multiple CPG clients, presenting data-driven findings to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making • Collaborate across procurement, logistics, and finance functions to enhance operational efficiency • Lead automation initiatives and support transformation programs to improve scalability • Develop POVs on Agentic AI and Gen AI use cases to drive innovation in analytics applications • Manage and mentor analytics teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and execution across engagements
