What would you do? • Support in the execution of media, promotions, and events as outlined in brand and activation plans • Maintain and update brand assets, guidelines, and other resources to ensure consistent implementation across markets • Track and report progress on project milestones, ensuring alignment with executional plans and timelines • Provide administrative and logistical support for various brand-related projects and activities
What are we looking for? • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience or interest in project coordination or brand management • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of product lifecycle management is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist in coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional inputs for product launches and brand initiatives • Provide operational support for product portfolio management, ensuring alignment with global brand architecture and guidelines • Manage and update documentation, compliance checks, and approval workflows in line with brand policies • Facilitate communication between global and local teams to ensure milestones are tracked and campaigns are ready for launch
