What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Content creation is the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media for an end-user/audience in specific contexts.
What are we looking for? • Exerts positive influence on both immediate project team members and external stakeholders • Assumes responsibility for the accuracy of work processes and flow of tasks • Proactively identifies and mitigates risks and assigns appropriate owners to prevent issues and enhance performance • Guides research efforts of teams, recognizing when to apply inference, creativity and experience • Understands/defines the various roles that respective teams play in the project/process Communicating Effectively • Prepares clear and concise executive summary to communicate with leadership • Creates communication strategy for the team/project with clear objectives and expectations • Understands and factors in the cultural diversity of the audience when planning communications • Creates an open environment that encourages team to participate actively and offer new ideas Creating Business Value • Identifies ways for team members to better engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams • Demonstrates positive attitude and supports the team through challenging situations • Holds discussions with stakeholders to gather additional details to ensure inclusion of all relevant concerns • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and animation software. • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of design work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and feedback clearly. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Extensive knowledge and experience in terms of fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.) and universal interaction principles. • Design fundamentals; solid typography, composition and obsessive attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Creates\conceptualize layouts, designs and storyboards for TV/radio campaigns, Digital Campaigns (Website, Newsletter, Banner) and Print Campaigns (Flyer, OOH, etc.) in collaboration with the copywriter. • Conceptualize templates/styles for client brands. • Provides creative direction and accurate time estimations of design tasks. • Research graphics trends to apply creative concepts strategically. • Conceptualize advanced, beautiful and strategically creative comps for different solutions and proposals. • Pitches concepts clearly and effectively. • Ensuring the integrity and consistency of the brand. • Communicates with client to discuss and finalize the design of grids and layouts. • Responsible for achievement of quality standards for assigned deliverables. • Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability. • Negotiate deadline changes when needed due to changes in client requirements. • Create Visual Approach document as requested by client, including graphic and animation prototypes • A strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solutions. • Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and motion graphic designers to create compelling visual content that aligns with brand strategy and objectives. • Develop innovative concepts and design strategies for a variety of multimedia projects, including branding, advertising, social media, and video production. • Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic design and motion graphics projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and project requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Review and provide constructive feedback on design work, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the creative process. • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
