What would you do? As an SFMC Analyst, you will assist in building and executing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll work under the guidance of senior team members to learn best practices in campaign setup, data management, and delivery QA. Key Responsibilities: • Support the creation of campaigns in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. • Assist with segmentation, personalization, and QA activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to manage data extensions and audience lists. • Help with campaign documentation and post-send analysis. • 1–3 years of marketing operations or CRM experience, preferably with SFMC. • Basic understanding of SQL and AMPscript is desirable. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing automation space. • Strong attention to detail and time management. Design, implement, develop & manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A CRM platform that allows to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. It is an integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and mgmt and data analysis. Custom scripting languages used to personalize landing pages, create applications, construct cross-channel templates or layouts.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
