The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. We care for the health and well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform their role responsibilities. What are we looking for? •"We are seeking a Prompt Writing Agent to help train machine learning models in understanding and handling grey-area cases in Trust & Safety operations. This role focuses on crafting clear, structured, and effective prompts to guide AI models in learning how to process complex cases accurately. ""This position does not require deep policy expertise, as Policy experts will provide triggers and contextual insights. Your role will be to translate those insights into well-structured prompts that enable AI models to learn patterns, nuances, and decision-making processes effectively. ""Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team""" " • Bachelors in Computer Science and 1 year experience ML writing. Strong writing and articulation skills with the ability to create clear, structured prompts for AI models. • Ability to break down complex scenarios into logical steps that an AI can learn from. • Comfortable working with data-driven insights to refine prompt quality. • High attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguous cases. • Experience in content writing, technical writing, AI training, or linguistic annotation is a plus. • Basic understanding of machine learning or NLP concepts (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Policy experts and other relevant teams. • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills • Excellent comprehension, communication skills • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies Strong attention to detail • Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills """
Roles and Responsibilities: •" • Develop precise and structured prompts based on inputs from Policy experts, ensuring AI models learn to process ambiguous and complex cases correctly. • Translate triggers and decision-making factors into well-articulated prompts that improve the model’s ability to understand and respond to grey-area cases. • Work closely with AI/ML engineers to test, refine, and optimize prompts for better learning outcomes. • Analyze model responses, identifying gaps and areas where prompts need improvement for enhanced AI decision-making. • Iterate and fine-tune prompt structures based on real-world case studies and machine learning feedback loops. • Document best practices and prompt-writing methodologies for continuous improvement.
