What would you do? The Customer Marketing Manager will lead Client’s customer marketing initiatives, overseeing the development of strategies that foster long-term customer relationships and drive business growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data, and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Client’s marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and expectations. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design • Lead the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies that align with Client’s business objectives. • Oversee the creation of customer-centric content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, events, and customer communications. • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. • Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives designed to increase engagement and maximize lifetime value. • Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives. • Monitor and report on key metrics, ensuring the continuous improvement of customer marketing efforts.
What are we looking for? • Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of sustainability marketing, environmental communication, and digital marketing. o Proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms o Familiarity with sustainability frameworks • Competencies: o Strategic thinker with the ability to create innovative marketing strategies. o Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. o Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment. o Strong project management and organizational skills. o Analytical mindset to assess and report on marketing performance. o Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools. • Technical Skills: o Advanced proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). o Strong understanding of data analytics and performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.). o Experience in digital marketing strategies and platforms. • Competencies: o Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strategic mindset with a focus on customer experience and retention. o Project management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Client’s sustainability initiatives, including environmental responsibility, renewable energy, and social impact projects. • Create content and campaigns that highlight Client’s sustainability efforts and communicate the company’s goals to a global audience. • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Client’s global sustainability strategy. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with sustainability targets. • Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability trends and best practices, advising on new opportunities for marketing outreach. • Coordinate with local and regional teams to tailor sustainability messaging to diverse global markets. • Monitor competitors and industry trends, providing insights for continuous improvement in sustainability marketing.
