What would you do? Support the overall financial management within group, including planning, forecasting, reporting analysis, cost to serve and long range planning. Support leadership and serve as the primary finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the operating group and growth platform finance, entity leadership teams, directors of operations, business operation team and HR. Key Functions:- • Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality. • Assisting the unit Specialist in Planning/forecasting related activities. • Montly follow up on forecast. Provide analysis and insights on the montly variances of Actuals vs. forecast. • Assist in NCC Adhoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling. • Interact with finance and business leads to give response to his requests related to finance. • Managing Biz-inquiry requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance Student in finance/accounting/business administration or related fields
What are we looking for? •Must have Excelent Excel and Power BI skills. Macros and database management desirable. Experience on SAP and BR reporting. Advance level in English (Oral/Written) •Good to have Organized and detail oriented. Driven to learn and grow as a finance professional Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Ability to handle disputes •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Ability to meet deadlines •Ability to perform under pressure
