What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements
What are we looking for? Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct research and draft comprehensive business summaries. 2. Perform competitive analysis to derive actionable insights. 3. Execute data analysis and prepare detailed reports for business decision-making. Functional Skillset Required • Strong analytical and research capabilities. • Attention to detail in drafting summaries and reports. • Effective communication skills for presenting insights. Technical Skillset Required 1. Familiarity with online publishing tools. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience Required • 2–3 years of experience in research, analysis, and reporting roles. Building lists for mailings in InterAction Tracking content or data Generating reports Proofreading Paying invoices / processing expense claims Editing video content "Email and video calls with users Disucssion of tasks / processes / decision making in meetings" Excellent written and spoken, participation in meetings, ability to justify decision making Managing workload across central and aligned team requirements Liaising with M&BD stakeholders in aligned teams on tasks and managing expectations / providing realistic timelines for delivery of work product Central GSS tasks, requested via a form with KPIs for delivery: Researches and drafts business summaries using various internal and external research tools / data systems Comparative analysis of directory rankings year on year, using Legal 500 and Chambers directory data Updates pitch tracking data to allow Mansfield Report diversity data to be captured accurately Tasks for Aligned Practice/Sector/Regional teams, all given on instruction by the team: Drafting social media posts and share queues in CVS Completing research on client relationships (internal sources) and companies / market segments (external sources) Updating marketing materials in Word / Powerpoint / InDesign Accessing and redrafting content for marketing documents, e.g. directories / awards / pitches / flyers Creating & sending newsletters or events in iPublish
