What would you do? The Time & Expense Creative Agency Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Agency Integration T&E solution which spans two systems: WorkBook and myTE. This role will serve as the main point of contact for end-user support with the goal of ensuring all Creative Agency people have timely and successful T&E submissions every two weeks. The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user Time and Expense support by responding to questions about general functionality and specific errors • Send email reminder to users about timesheet deadlines • Monitor submission statuses and errors for each submission and proactively seek out users with issues -investigate, and provide support to avoid future mistakes • Work with users to submit timesheets once issues are resolved • Investigate discrepancies between WorkBook and myTE by reconciling both systems each period • Assist users in performing timesheet adjustments when needed • Draft communications, job aids and general information to employees about timesheets and expenses • Process improvemement
What are we looking for? myTE and Deltec WorkBook systems experience desired but not required • Microsoft Office skills essential, especially Excel • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - English. • Ability to prioritize work, providing accurate high-quality work under tight and often pressured deadlines • Meticulous attention to detail • Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the business • Proactive and flexible attitude
