What would you do? Bringing awareness on new automation methodologies and exploring opportunities of automation in business. Driving new partnerships with tech partners Subject matter expert of multiple DAM platforms (Veeva, Aprimo etc.) and Pharma Marketing Ops. A thorough understanding of operational matrix. Successful DAM / Librarian Service operations with optimum efficiency and innovation. Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. The role will be aligned to our Digital Asset Management team which is responsible for making management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets. They act as a sort of librarian – archivist, organizer, and guardian of a company or organization s files, photos, video, audio, and other digital content. This is a highly collaborative role that can encompass responsibilities such as the proper management of usage rights and file permissions.
What are we looking for? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources. Experience in strategy & managing Digital Asset Management. Overall 11+ years of experience and 6+ years in working on DAM platforms/content management systems and project management. 11+ years of experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: Actively participate and contribute to RFPs / new business opportunities. Drive automation and AI capabilities in collaboration with experts. Manage & lead librarian teams. Develop a roadmap for the service based on business requirements. Suggest areas of improvement and higher productivity in the service and business Manage operational escalations and issues. Helping internal teams and clients in terms of building logic to assess and analyze Platform/Service Adoption, Reuse etc. Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
