What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Experience & Education: • Experience: o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sustainability, environmental, or corporate social responsibility initiatives. o Proven track record of executing global marketing campaigns. o Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing strategies. • Education: o Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

Skills and Competencies: • Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of sustainability marketing, environmental communication, and digital marketing. o Proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms o Familiarity with sustainability frameworks • Competencies: o Strategic thinker with the ability to create innovative marketing strategies. o Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. o Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment. o Strong project management and organizational skills. o Analytical mindset to assess and report on marketing performance. o Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
