What would you do? Role Purpose: The Global Marine and Energy Offer Manager is responsible for shaping client's global offer portfolio within the marine and energy sectors, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market opportunities, and client's strategic vision. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and embedding sustainability into client's offerings. Role requires Offers Managers • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment. • Proven track record of embedding sustainability into commercial strategies. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (required). • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant advanced degree (preferred). In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Strategic Offer Development: o Develop and execute client's offer strategy for the marine and energy sectors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. o Identify and address customer needs through tailored solutions, including products, services, and partnerships. • Market Analysis and Insights: o Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide offer innovation. o Leverage data and analytics to anticipate market shifts and adapt offer strategies accordingly. • Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective offers. o Act as the central point of contact for marine and energy offer strategies across global regions. • Performance Monitoring: o Define KPIs for offer performance and implement mechanisms to measure success. o Use customer feedback and performance metrics to refine and optimize existing offers. • Sustainability Leadership: o Ensure all offers contribute to client's sustainability goals, including its net-zero commitment, by embedding green initiatives and solutions
