What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services - More into query/case management Process of examining data and presenting findings in a structured format. Analysis involves the examination of information to uncover patterns, trends, insights, or relationships. Reporting, on the other hand, involves communicating the results of the analysis through organized and clear documentation, often in the form of reports or presentations. The goal is to transform raw data into meaningful information that can support decision making and provide valuable insights.
What are we looking for? •Adaptable and flexible •Ability to perform under pressure •Problem-solving skills •Detail orientation •Ability to establish strong client relationship • Required Skill: Advanced excel • Preferred Skill: Background in MIS Reporting OR HR Reporting; Exposure to Workday OR Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) OR Other HR Systems Education and Training • Education Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering; Science or Commerce Other Key Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to convert complex data into effective displays that are consumable by clients’/end users • Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Roles and Responsibilities summary: Ensure end-to-end delivery of One-time and Recurring reports (using excel) from in-house HR Systems like Workday; HRDM (OBIEE); MTC - Cornerstone. Assist the Leads in report migrations and SOP creations from Clients reporting teams. Drive independent projects/lead team initiatives, with minimum supervision.
