What would you do? Qualities of the role-Research, analytical skills. Technical Proficiency Staakeholder engagement required-Primarily email with Partners/Partners PA
What are we looking for? English proficiency-CEFR Level B2 Qualification- educated to Degree Level Experience(approximate)-2-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities: •"Training Content Management: Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligns with current regulations and internal policies. Customize training materials to address specific compliance issues relevant to various teams." Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels on compliance-related topics. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance. Work closely with compliance officers, legal teams, and department heads to ensure training programs meet organizational needs. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding compliance questions and issues. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
