What are we looking for? English proficiency-CEFR Level C1 Qualification-Educated to Degree Level Experience required(approximate)- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, conflicts management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or process improvement position.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Design, implement, and optimize standardized operational processes for compliance and conflicts management. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across the department. Monitor and evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for compliance and conflict checks. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality control measures and corrective actions to address any identified issues. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance and conflicts processes. Prepare and present regular reports on process efficiency, quality metrics, and audit findings to senior management. Identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
