What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. In this team, you will help in providing universal banking functionality to banks. With a focus on product strategy and a global market presence. This team will help in providing solutions to customers on industry-accepted platforms and Lead Product Managers to build an ecosystem of products and assets around these platforms namely Bancs, Finacle, Finastra, Pega, nCino.
What are we looking for? Direct involvement in production to learn the process and review the deals in a short span of time. Ensure that Client Focus, timely delivery & Strict adherence to SOP are maintained. Co-ordinate between Client & Offshore team to ensure all SLAs are met. Backed up with good Knowledge on Commercial lending & Credit Services, should be able to handle client calls and address the queries raised by the clients/middle office. Accurate Volume/Metrics tracking for reporting purposes •• Should have extensive understanding about the commercial lending loan operations components /services, various types of documents and document repository systems and line of businesses • Responsible for Deal Closing, Booking, Escrow setup & Taxes, Commercial Insurance and UCCs • Exact the language from Loan documents/notices from other banks to set-up new loans. • Candidates with knowledge of different loan systems owned by various banks • Suggest and implement process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with payment teammates and leadership to understand, implement, and support key strategic initiatives and solve operational issues • • Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of deal operation • Research complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts. • Lead coordination, planning, scheduling, and execution of activities within assigned team • Improve consistency of operations across processes through ongoing communication and best-practice sharing • Complete all MIS reports according to schedule/requirements • Mentor and assist the new employees to come up the learning curve • Validate the document package prepared by team members • Providing work product within the stringent timeline and improved quality • Realize responsibility and completes the task at hand and on time • Involves moderate level of independent decision making • Good oral and written communication are must as the process involves sending emails to client/closers for all deals • Performs quality control checks and collect all the back-up documents used to on-board the loan • Adhere 100% compliance to Process related Policies, Guidelines and Controls • Suggest and implement process improvements and synergies
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
