What would you do? Your role will include Financial Planning & Accounting, MIS Management, Variance Analysis, Transition Management, SLA Management and People Management. Strong Financial Planning Acumen with skills in formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis and implement corrective Actions. Hands on experience on Best practice assessment template, Standardization of activities, Automation by incorporating excel tricks. Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities: This role requires the analyst to • •Driven planning and forecasting cycles •Business partnering and consolidation for financial results for Management Reporting •Preparation of Management P&Ls and Cashflow •Review and manage internal cost Allocation •Deep dive on actuals to get the key driver for Variances with Budget and forecast •Collaborating with stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress & issues in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables •Standardization of FP&A process in different regions/geographies of Business •Currently Managing Team for 9 FP&A professional •Worked towards delivering mobilization knowledge transfer plan ensuring no spillover effect Impacting deal profitability adversely •Proficiency in client Data protection activities of project which includes contract compliance/Audits/Roll on Roll Off/WBS reconciliation •Monitoring KPI’s & SLAs of Project
