What would you do? Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Looking for a candidate who has expertise in Networking and has good knowledge on fundamentals of Network This team is responsible for managing problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
What are we looking for? Manages a team of Provisioning Coordinators / Analysts • Responsible for driving the delivery/resolution of all provisioning orders/fault reports within set SLA • Supports both business and consumer customers • Supports customers with contracts for multiple solutions across multiple 3rd party suppliers •Responsible for a team, ensuring the delivery of all business requests and service faults are completed/resolved in a timely manner thus maintaining a green order book/SLA hit rate and quality of service. Coordinate and lead the team to ensure all activities are completed within a timely manner and within SLA • Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed SLA and to lead on improvement • Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences • Support the training and development of team, ensuring all necessary training and qualifications are achieved • To act as a senior point of interaction with partners and suppliers, relevant to area of operation • Contribute to the overall management and continuous improvement of service operations • Manages direct reports in line with HR policies and guidelines • Adhere to all documented processes & procedures • Manage ad hoc projects and undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely service delivery • Compliance with all Security, health and safety as detailed in the company policy handbook
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
