What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience. Working in the Strategic Talent Sourcing space you will be required to design frameworks, develop sourcing and outreach strategies, detail hiring campaigns and employer positioning on social media to attract high caliber candidates. You will also need to have talent market expertise and provide comprehensive views of industry trends; provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape and help with your understanding of talent needs in a fast paced, agile and competitive environment.
What are we looking for? Responsible for setting up governance, present performance dashboards on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. Responsible for ensuring daily capacity, SLA adherence and provide resolutions to any escalations either raised by Program Participants or Program managers. HR related industry tools
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
