Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities: •*Align on client priorities, business objectives/goals *Map client stakeholders (business & technology organization) *Setup transformation roadmap and intelligent operations scoring baseline *Configure and enable SynOps based on scope (along with delivery SMEs & Technology) *Process mapping, process diagnostics for insights & roadmap creation *Baseline performance, define key outcomes and roadmap to best-in-class *Develop Innovation agenda; co-create innovative solutions with clients *End to end accountability of execution leveraging Accenture tools/assets/teams *Proactive risk management; Change management; Plan for renewals *Identify reinvention/TER (Total Enterprise Reinvention) opportunities
