What would you do? HTML Coding: •Create, modify, and test HTML templates and email content in Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Adobe etc. to ensure they display correctly and consistently across various email clients and devices. Quality Assurance: •Perform thorough quality checks on email templates, dynamic content, and landing pages to verify the accuracy of content, links, and dynamic personalization. Email Rendering: •Troubleshoot and fix rendering issues that may occur in different email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) and various devices (desktop, mobile, tablets).. Email Testing: •Conduct comprehensive testing of email campaigns, including A/B testing, to optimize deliverability and engagement. Role requires - Campaign QA ( Salesforce marketing cloud) Campaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. The role may require for you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360 and Responsys.
What are we looking for? Must Have Skills: •Proficiency in HTML: Strong knowledge of HTML coding, including the ability to hand-code responsive emails that render correctly on various devices and email clients. •Marketing platform experience: Experience in working with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform for building and deploying email campaigns. •Email Testing: Familiarity with email testing tools and techniques to identify and address rendering issues across different email clients and devices. •Quality Assurance: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough quality checks on email content to ensure accuracy and functionality. •Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to email rendering and coding. Good To Have Skills: • CSS and JavaScript: Basic knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript for enhancing email templates with interactivity and dynamic elements along with knowledge of personalization scripting like AMPscripts, Server-side Java script etc. • Email Design: Understanding of email design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging email templates. • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and strategies to optimize email campaigns and customer journeys. • Coding Best Practices: Knowledge of coding best practices, email deliverability, and anti-spam measures to ensure optimal email performance.
