What would you do? The lead will be responsible to manage the incoming AR payment activities within the organization. They will set the medium-term business objectives and tactical strategies for their team. They will be responsible to evaluate, implement and continually improve procedures and performance objective to ensure timely and accurate management of AR payments for multiple business units across the organization. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible to provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis to the business units and Franchise stores. What you will do? • Set the short-to-medium term objectives, plan, monitor and evaluate. • Measure performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Advanced level of analytical ability and financial acumen required to plan, review, and interpret business results. • Focus on results, promote best practice and compliance. • Effectively communicate business insights to senior leadership. • Oversee team results and promote best practices. • Liaise with multiple business units to understand business and reporting requirements. • Foster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration and new ideas that generate process efficiencies allowing the team to deliver strong results. • Ad hoc projects and analysis as required. In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
