What are we looking for? Here’s what you need: • Graduate degree with JPLT N1 or N2 Certificate • Japanese and English language fluency (oral and written) • A minimum of 3 years of experience. Extra credit if you have: • Basic Finance education desirable • Understanding of the sales processes. • Experience with quality assurance processes. You May Also Need: • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs. • Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities: The Work: The Ecosystem Sourcing Support Team directly supports our clients and the Ecosystem Sales Directors in support of our Resale business. This includes working effectively with third party alliance partners, facilitating the delivery of our resale capabilities/benefits, and working with resale services in support of our client needs. You will: • Partner-Focused Knowledge and Relationships: You will become proficient in the resale programs for Partners through knowledge of the Partners’ products & programs. You will work with Partners to obtain the best available pricing & other resell terms. • Client-Focused Relationships • Be a prime contact for our local sourcing peers & clients, provide end to end support for resale opportunities; Identify & escalate any client issue • Work to gain knowledge about the client’s business & relevant process (procurement) • Work with the Technical Architects to finalize solution configuration required to develop the BoM. • Convert BOMs into a Partner Quote • Generate Client Quote from Partner Quote using appropriate pricing strategies • Support process to get Purchase Orders approved with client signature on Quotes • Coordinate submission of Partner Order • Manage final invoicing & revenue recognition activities • Client Knowledge and Relationships: Develop deep understanding of the Resell business process & be able to communicate it to Clients & Client Teams. Where requested, support both Account Management & Pipeline Management • Logistics, Deal Shaping and Execution: Supervise Order Fulfillment, Coordinate Shipping Logistics, provide Disposal Services & Returns Management.
