What would you do? • As a contract administrator analyst, you will be involved in developing, negotiating, and evaluating company contracts to meet the client as well as organization’s needs. You will be responsible to provide ensure that parties involved are complicit with the terms of the contract, as well as ensuring that all contracts abide by local and regulatory laws. • You will assist onshore and offshore teams, and client team by providing with them tactical support including managing the contracts strategy generating reports on the status of existing agreements, negotiating contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms, creating standardized language for new contracts analyzing and reporting on specific risks associated with contracts. • Contract administrators are responsible for creating, reviewing, and revising contracts to ensure that they accurately reflect the terms and conditions agreed upon by all parties. • Contract administrator must have excellent negotiation skills to ensure that contracts are favorable to their organization. • After a contract is signed, the contract administrator must ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations under the contract and that the contract is implemented as intended. • Contract administrator must identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with the contract. • Contract administrator must ensure that all parties comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and with relevant laws and regulations. • Contract administrator must establish and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved to facilitate effective collaboration Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections).

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
