What would you do? The role of the agent will be to carry out Procurement Operations related activities and provide assistance to clients, engage extensively with stakeholders & supplier negotiations. This will involve managing and handling the entire PR / PO process of medium to low complex requests across various categories & able to drive Cost Savings and Process Efficiencies. A deep understanding of domestic procurement operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Business related graduate degree • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to establish strong client relationship • Written and verbal communication • Collaboration and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Educational Qualification: • College degree preferred Skills: • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Proactive and customer-focused approach with friendly attitude and determination to ensure excellent customer service is delivered. • Confident with good influencing skills and ability to demonstrate initiative to priorities and ensure completion of work in an effective and timely manner • Ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels within customer & supplier organizations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and results driven team environment • Experience of working with e-procurement technology would be essential. Work Experience: • 2 to 3 yrs. + relevant experience in Supply Chain Management / Sourcing functions.
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: • The role of the agent will be to carry out Procurement Operations related activities and provide assistance to clients, engage extensively with stakeholders & supplier negotiations. • This will involve managing and handling the entire Purchase Requestion / Purchase Order, • able to drive Cost Savings and Process Efficiencies. • A deep understanding of domestic Procurement Operations/ Business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results • Strong ability to effectively manage in a sourcing structure working with multiple internal clients. • Exposure to all aspects of the sourcing process. • Proactively participating in further development process. • Generate periodic reports on transactions handled with details on SLAs met / not-met including analyzing the reasons. • Assisting the Team Lead on periodic reporting.
