What would you do? In this role, you will work and understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. You will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen, and select suppliers. Inventory performance will need to be improved through flexible fulfillment and available-to-promise methods. In this role, you may also have to work on the COUPA sourcing module.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Hands on experience in Contract management, digital contracting and signature, archival process and coordination with legal for any amendments on contracts & clauses. • Aware of contract signature process using Eco sign (Adobe sign) and Docusign for both internal and external signatures. • Should have managed the supplier calls, emails, and extending support on audit requirements for any supplier related documentations. • Coordinating with legal, controllership team for any statutory requirement like Board of Resolution signatory changes. • Coordination with the payables team for various supplier queries like TOI and other payment terms, MSME. • SharePoint management for contracting and other activities for category. • Risk identification, analysis and management, with previous experience of solution development or escalation, ability to identify risk, articulate to stakeholders and walk through mitigations
