What would you do? Comfortable leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshoot Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIs. Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of empathy for customer issues and needs. Experience in a customer contact environment is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
What are we looking for? 3-5 years experience in a technical support role 1+ years working in Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce or similar CRM in a B2B environment 1+ year working email, chat or call support in a B2B environment Comfortable leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshoot Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIs Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript and CSS3 Proficient in use of G Suite software (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: Strong analytical skills, with demonstrable experience working with large data sets to solve problems, leveraging platforms such as Excel or Gsheets Proficient in Python Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player Ability to explain complex solutions in an easily digestible and engaging manner Experience working with internal stakeholders and Sales teams. Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs); deep industry knowledge of attribution modeling for mobile app install advertising • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
