What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market You will be part of a HR sourcing team which will enable to search and identify the right candidates to ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan
What are we looking for? As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with Recruiters and client stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that align with the client’s workforce goals. Leveraging cutting-edge sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and digital outreach, you will stay ahead of the curve by tapping into the latest hiring trends and emerging talent platforms. Your role will focus on proactively searching for, engaging, and screening potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for various positions. Your expertise in sourcing techniques and understanding of the client’s requirements will be key to supporting successful recruitment outcomes. Social Media Recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
