What would you do? What are we looking for? As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with Recruiters and client stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that align with the client’s workforce goals. Leveraging cutting-edge sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and digital outreach, you will stay ahead of the curve by tapping into the latest hiring trends and emerging talent platforms. Your role will focus on proactively searching for, engaging, and screening potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for various positions. Your expertise in sourcing techniques and understanding of the client’s requirements will be key to supporting successful recruitment outcomes. Social Media Recruitment
