What would you do? Embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization today, and enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrow You will be a part of the Healthcare Management team which is responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. This includes day to day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations You will be expected to coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.
What are we looking for? • All the assigned transactions that are moved to audit to be completed within the target hours. • Maintain Quality as per SLA requirements. • Identify errors with accurate classifications to ensure the feedback is provided effectively to the associates. • Help to resolve any quality issues identified by the team and assist the SME with RCA and action plan. • Provide feedback for quality and efficiency improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken. • Attain and maintain acceptable levels of quality output in all task areas. • Identify process improvements and provide inputs to the SMEs. • Should handle additional responsibilities in the absence of SMEs. • Should identify critical & complex work types to ensure the same are prioritized & maximized while auditing. • Auditing the auditor, circulating daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly DLA/SLA scores. • Conducting huddles to discuss quality updates & questioning random associates to ensure understanding of the same. • Attending calibration calls to be on the same page with onshore people. • Analyzing SLA/DLA errors’ trend to identify major areas of concern & creating a POA (plan of action) to overcome opportunities. •2- 3 years of Provider experience
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
