What would you do? • Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate timeframe • Prioritize own activities and assist team members as needed to meet client deadlines and quality standards. • Assisting in QA and SME work • Provide input into process improvement. • Adhering to Client SLAs • Participate in buddy program to mentor new joiners. • Ensure compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures. • Participate in cross-functional training. • Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy. • Meet the daily, weekly, monthly productivity and quality targets set for the role as per OKR. • Maintain accuracy in investigation method of cases and consistent at providing observations for product improvement. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.
What are we looking for? •The following skills are required to perform this role- • Google Chrome • Effective Verbal Communications • Microsoft Office Suite • Microsoft Office esp. Excel • Content Strategy • Additionally, you may possess the following skills- Digital Content Marketing/Annotation/Labelling/Transcribing experience/Content Moderation.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Your role requires following responsibilities – • Understand Client Policies and Guidelines • Strong research, analytical and decision-making skills • Logical reasoning skills • Pay attention to detail. • Demonstrate aptitude to working effectively autonomously with minimum supervision. • Ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities. • Resolve issues and express ingenuity as required. • Identify and escalate any potential issues in the process. • Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions. • Interact effectively with other internal and Client teams • Review and validate images. • Achieve quality standards for all relevant metrics.
