What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Prepares end-to-end process documentation and ensures team members understand and follow. Attract and retain best talent. Conducts new hires induction and introduction to process. Ensures complete understanding of self and trains team on end-to-end process workflow of assets on DAM. Conducts regular training on process improvements in the team and performs monthly process knowledge tests. Performance/Quality Management & Reporting. Governance & Internal reporting. First point of contact for escalation & resolution for Library team. Develop skills within the team by training and development programs. Prepares roadmap of knowledge and business growth of team members. Maintains team scorecard and guide team on ways of improvement and growth. Ensure team undergoes required business trainings Highlight potential risks and issues including platform glitches etc The role will be aligned to our Digital Asset Management team which is responsible for making management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets. They act as a sort of librarian – archivist, organizer, and guardian of a company or organization s files, photos, video, audio, and other digital content. This is a highly collaborative role that can encompass responsibilities such as the proper management of usage rights and file permissions.
