Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
What are we looking for? The IT Service Management, Sr. Analyst is a subject matter expert in building database solutions that are designed to support multiple workloads built with SQL databases deployed in Azure. As the Cloud Database Administrator, you implement and manage the operational aspects of cloud-native and hybrid data platform solutions built on SQL Server, Azure SQL services and other database engines including PostgreSQL. The Cloud Database Administrator will use a variety of methods and tools to perform and automate day-to-day operations, including applying knowledge of using Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and other tools for administrative management purposes. The Cloud Database Administrator works with data engineers, Azure solution architects, Azure developers, data scientists, and other professionals and is responsible for the management, availability, security, and performance monitoring of OnProcess’s database solutions. •
Roles and Responsibilities: •Responsibilities: • Design and implementation of Azure cloud databases, high-availability solutions, replication, encryption, and disaster recovery solutions. • Data Partitioning, Purging and Archiving solutions in the Azure databases. • Migration of on-premises and cloud database to the Azure Cloud. • Azure CLI and/or PowerShell query creation and optimization. • Writing T-SQL, including complex stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. • Query analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting. • Plan and implement data platform resources. • Implement and maintain a secure environment. • Monitor, configure, and optimize database resources. • Configure and manage automation of tasks. • Plan and configure a high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) environments. Qualifications: • 6+ years of DBA experience in a production environment. • 5+ years supporting SQL cloud-based databases including Azure SQL, Azure SQL Managed Instance, PostgreSQL. • 5+ years of experience in database tuning and project support, database server upgrades and migrations, writing and troubleshooting database stored procedures. • 5+ years of experience in designing and optimizing entity relationships and data structures. • Expert in configuration of Microsoft Azure environment. • OLTP and Data Warehouse databases in Azure SQL and Azure Synapse. • Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of: Managed Identities, Azure Services, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, ETL, data integrity, data structure, and data security. • Former projects migrating from on prem database to Azure cloud-based SQL databases. Education/Certification requirement: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
