What would you do? Perform technical discovery / due diligence • Coordination of involved technology delivery teams • Develop high level technical solution designs • Collect and size appropriate cost estimates and business cases of tools and infrastructure • Present and discuss solutions with client executives and IT counterparts • Drive solution approval process through internal executive audience • Contribute to technology contracting deliverables • Ensure successful execution for various initiatives across the HR ecosystem, ranging from new product experiments to new partnership opportunities • Responsible for how we measure and report on the success of our initiatives • Build connections and provide thought leadership by regular collaboration with business leads and key Accenture teams (E.g: CIO, TFO, Accenture Technology & Labs) • Manage, mentor and support Solution Architects and ecosystem product owners. • Stay knowledgeable on full SynOps catalog – keeping abreast of any new and/or extensible solutions that could be applied to solve HR business needs • Provide product expertise and guidance to the product owners • Plan and lead releases according to the roadmap • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent professional experience • Overall 15+ years of experience in the IT industry with proven track record in technology space • 8+ years’ experience implementing user-centric solutions • At least 5 years of experience in working with HR tech domain.

Essential Skills: • 8+ years’ experience creating business requirements, including process designs and service blueprints • Experience influencing at all levels of organization, as well as driving and implementing org-wide changes • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutions • Proven communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skills • Demonstrated experience leading global technical projects end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders • Experience with designing and delivering design thinking sessions & workshops, setting clear expectations, and defining tangible outcomes • Must have good knowledge of HR suites such as Service-Now, Workday, etc. • Excellent customer service skills • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Experience leading global teams • Creative thinking and passion for innovation
