What would you do? In Talent Strategy, you will outline an organization s approach to talent management, charting the business s future skill and talent requirements against existing skills and capabilities, and then determining the investments needed to achieve strategic talent goals. Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with relevant consulting, solution, and delivery experience, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the entire Hire to Retire process, are sought. Candidates are expected to work within strict deadlines, thrive in a high-pressure business environment, and be effective team players. Preference will be given to those with prior HRO Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO industry, particularly those who have led transformation projects. Applicants should be willing to work across various time zones to meet business needs. • The role demands proactive problem-solving of complex issues that affect the business s direction or work efforts, necessitating a deep understanding of Accenture. • It involves developing and implementing strategies to meet significant business goals within the area of responsibility. • The role entails interacting with senior management at a client or within Accenture, requiring negotiation and influence on vital issues. • The individual should possess considerable autonomy in decision-making and in determining objectives and methods for important assignments. • The decisions made will have a substantial and enduring effect on areas beyond the individual s immediate responsibilities. • The individual will oversee large and intricate teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture, even in a non-managerial capacity. It is important to note that this position may involve working in rotational shifts. Boosting workforce performance and productivity leads to increased business agility, higher revenue, and reduced costs. I offer guidance and consultation to clients on designing future state organizations and target operating models. I spearhead strategic initiatives, leading transformation and process reengineering to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency, which in turn lowers HR operational costs. I lend extensive process expertise to the Business Intelligence (BI) team during the preparation of global design and localization workshops. I engage in both global and local sessions, providing insights on best practices for managing local processes. I am instrumental in gathering best practices and process design considerations that integrate principles of operational efficiency
What are we looking for? Provide input on service delivery components as needed for policy harmonization. Engage in global design authority discussions and contribute to service delivery components. Participate in testing end-to-end processes to become familiar with various system and process scenarios for SOP creation. Lead continuous process improvement analysis and monitor process-specific KPIs. Generate, test, and develop potential analytics opportunities to create business value for clients. Offer ongoing coaching to PMEs and BPO process teams. Design customized HRO solutions and lead client workshops, including solution presentations and orals.
