What would you do? Provide Technical repair assistance to Automotive Dealer technicians You will be aligned with our Automotive Aftersales vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in resolving complex technical queries from dealership. Verification and analysis of Technical Assistance Tickets based on available external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time) • Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies within process
