What would you do? Business Transformation Specialist will be aligned to business transformation function chartered to drive change and innovation for our Insurance clients leveraging transformation methodologies and assets Define Insurance policy and calucating premium including terms and condition for Property The Underwriting team focuses on raising investment capital from investors on behalf of corporations and governments that are issuing either equity or debt securities. The role requires a good understanding of credit analysis, creditworthiness, credit underwriting, credit appraisal memo, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation. The role may also need expertise around residential underwriting, mortgage underwriting, government-sponsored loans, and pre-purchase review.
What are we looking for? • Perform process study breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement/transformation opportunities using RPAs, workflows, Analytics, AI and other digital solutions • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and other relevant methodologies, tools to analyze, measure, and improve business performance • Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessment to identify and resolve issues and challenges • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvement actions • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members and other staff on business transformation methodologies and best practices • Monitor and drive change management to improve the performance and adoption of deployed solutions • Transform organization process, build controls and implement system to make operations measurable, repeatable, predictable and stable • Support building culture of continuous improvement through various improvement programs • Identifying and implementing best practices, tools and methodologies that support our business transformation goals, • Evaluate replication opportunities for solution being developed on Automation & Process improvements • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement and project management • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement and transformation in Property and Casualty Insurance Domain or equivalent • Experience and knowledge in RPAs, workflows, OCR, Analytics and AI tools related to business process automation and digitization • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and other project management tools
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Any Graduation • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent • Certification in Data Science, RPA, Digital transformation, Analytics Preferred.
