OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Assess Client requirements and develop compelling visual reports & dashboards that tell the client story and drive business objectives. Find innovative ways to accomplish tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Works with Data & appropriate teams to effectively source required data. Effectively communicate the findings to business stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities/Authorities/Main accountabilities:

Translate customer requirements into technical requirements
Ability to work independently and understand large amounts of Data and Reporting capabilities around Tableau.
Extract data from multiple data sources
Analyze data to identify known and unknown data relationships and patterns
Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed.
Create technical documentation of report logic and processes.
Develop Tableau workbooks that satisfy customer analytic and intelligence requirements
Deploy workbooks to Tableau server environments
Support integration of workbooks into enterprise applications (if required)
Design, Develop, and implement dashboard data update/refresh process.

Skills Required:
Bachelors' degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent graduates with minimum 6 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience developing BI Solutions using Tableau
Strong data extraction & SQL query skills, specifically Microsoft SQL Server
Strong understanding of Tableau platform & framework to design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
Strong understanding of Data integration.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to convert complex data into effective displays that are consumable by clients/end users
Demonstrated ability to move from one sequential project/assignment to the next
Collaborate effectively with other team members
