Job Summary:

Quality & Training Assistant´s primary role will be to perform quality audits for all the work that is supported by Payroll administration delivery teams & conduct training for new joiners & need based training ongoing in operations.

It is also client facing role with the demand to present findings and proposals for improvement. The role will not be restricted to Delivery Centre delivery only - there would be requirements to support audits & trainings cross globe as well.

Responsibilities in quality audits contain (but not restricted):
• To measure the accuracy of payroll input processing
• Ensure accurate ticketing tool usage, service issue logging & using all functions needed for complete reporting towards the client
• Monitoring Controls Execution (both Key Client Controls & Operational controls)
• Monitoring if transaction processing updates are done real-time and accurately
• Focus on specific countries or agents causing repeated errors
• Monitoring email queues to review timelines on ticket conversion
• Compliance Audit (random audits of “On Hold tickets”, Open Service issue, etc.)
• Ensures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency
• Monitor and report overall compliance across specific DCs for both opportunity & delivery compliance
• Participate and support the development/implementation of key global quality improvement initiatives

Responsibilities in trainings contain (but not restricted):
• New Joiner deal specific training on tools and applications as well as overall solution & any other standard knowledge that new joiner needs to have
• Deliver continuous education trainings to the members of the project on demand.
• Creation, administration and analysis of proficiency exams; review and/or development of tests/assessments
