OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
To Provide Technical Support assistance to customers having problems with internet services, Meeting customers and Clients Expectations based on FCR, POSE, AHT and login hours


Responsibilities/Authorities


• The agent should have good customer service skill with neutral accent, should have knowledge of basic troubleshooting. The agent should have the ability to use the applications and tools appropriately, and should login for a schedule of 9 hrs. The agent needs to meet the SLA’s specified by the client by exceeding the client and corporate expectation on service, quality and cost. This needs to be followed with delighting their customers and work in conjunction with the Accenture global BPO delivery centre network.

• Agent hired at Merit Trac Score of 4 2 3 2.
