Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

? Strategic:
• Establishes Data Management standards, procedures and best practices
• Identifies and drives data issues to resolution
• Identifies opportunities to improve data quality alignment across brands, services, distribution channels and field based promotions
• Partners with the Account and Portfolio Managers to ensure requirements are optimized and implemented efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with business objectives
• Continue to innovate and bring incremental process improvements where possible.
? Delivery:
• Ensure standard, ad-hoc reports are delivered as per schedule
• Automate creation and delivery of existing reports and new reports to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure Accuracy SLAs are constantly met and exceeded
• Continue to develop skills and capabilities to stay relevant to the needs of the team and Client
• Analyze data to provide meaningful insights
• Present data and reports in an easy to ‘read and comprehend’ manner, bringing elements of design and automation which complement the Client’s objectives


Requirements:
• Excellent Knowledge in MS Access & Excel VBA
• Good Knowledge in VB.NET, ASP.NET & SQL Server
• Experience on MS SharePoint 2010
• Build and automate reports in MS Excel based on submitted requirements and report mock-ups
• Excellent presentation skills
• Analytical expertise with demonstrated data management skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
• Quick Learner & Critical Thinker
• Manage and process client reporting on specified schedule
• Collaborate with client services team on reporting needs and process improvements.
• Review and quality check other reports to ensure correctness
