Justification
To support the necessary work to address recruiting policy and compliance as well as IS0 audits. P909, 1075, 1069

Job Profile
Recruiting Associate Manager

Job Description
The Global Recruiting Policy & Compliance Associate Manager role is important to ensuring Accenture’s recruitment function is run with consistency, transparency, and compliance to Accenture’s core values and code of business ethics. Our people fuel our business, and Accenture competes fiercely, but fairly, for talent and must always adhere to global and local labor laws and regulations.
Your role will be grounded on a deep understanding of our recruiting policies and processes. By utilizing your innate interest in compliance, you will spot risks and issues within the recruiting function and will work with the recruiting teams to course-correct tools, procedures, and behaviors to align with formal policies. Because of the ever-changing nature of labor laws and regulations, you will work with Accenture Legal to keep recruiting policies relevant in the global and local markets. While you have a keen ability to grasp the “black and white” nature of
policy and compliance, you also appreciate that sometimes our work is “in the grey area” and you are able to effectively communicate with stakeholders to educate them on policy, impacts of non-compliance, and help them navigate to a responsible solution for their unique challenge.
Because of Accenture’s unwavering commitment to business integrity, our company has been named as a World’s Most Ethical Companies honoree 15 times. Your role will have an important role in protecting the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance in our recruiting function.
If you want to make a difference in Recruiting at Accenture, we look forward to meeting you.
