- Key Responsibilities : 1 Must To Have Skills: Excellent knowledge in all SCCM Modules2 SCCM Hierarchy, Server-Server and Server Client communication 3 Must be good in identifying and fixing SCCM Health issues4 Good Knowledge in OSD, Task Sequences, Standalone Media creation5 Good knowledge in Software Distribution and Patch Management 6 Good Knowledge in SQL Queries and SQL Reporting Services
- Technical Experience : 1 Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence Creating Packages for Operating System Deployments 2Troubleshooting OSD Task Sequences errors 3 Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center
- Professional Attributes : Hands on delivery in a client facing environment Preferably for Global Client ManagementGood communication skill both written and verbal with exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills requiredMust aware of ITIL Process and its lifecycle
