- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Gathers, analyses and documents current practices, workflows and business needs 2 Configures application parameters in several systems to meet client business requirements 3 Guide and consult on the development of new People systems 4 Participation in SAP PS-based solution implementation and development projects 5 Create the software integration test specifications in line with the different stacks of CIT Applications Prepare Test Logs, maintain Test Results and monitor control Test Progress
- Technical Experience : Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Timesheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS More than 4 years and above in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on one or more of the following modules: MM, PM, SD, FI, CO Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration Extended knowledge and experience on RICEF, DEBUG/ABAP
- Professional Attributes : Team player, should lead from front and own to own responsibilities, drive the self assigned as well team towards to delivering on time
- Educational Qualification : 15 years of education and should be graduated
