- Project Role :Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert
- Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding20 module Has deep understanding of the SuccessFactors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions in compliance with Best Practices Leading customer workshops and optimization project Capable of handling complex requirements and handle integration between SF Modules/3rd party solution Ability to lead a team and enable effective communication between the team and the stakeholders Identify system limitations/gaps and make recommend
- Technical Experience : SAP HCM Certification preferred but not required and functional/support exp in modules like SF RCM/RMK/EC Min 9 years of Experience in SuccessFactors / HR Domain Min 4 Full life-cycle implementation of SAP HR/SF project Strong communication skills and must be a team player
- Professional Attributes : SF Onb Lead Consultant Strong Knowledge on SF Recruiting Management, Onb and Employee central Good Understanding of SAP Best Practices, HTML and XML Languages Strong Knowledge on Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows and MDF Objects Good Understanding of Onboarding features and functionalities
