- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : HERCLOUD-Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a windows workstation desktoplaptop deployment Windows 7 / Windows 10 -Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance of workstations -Application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting -
- Technical Experience : -Strong knowledge in Win 7 / Win 10 Operating System Administration -Strong experience in deployment tools with respect to Win 7 / Win 10 migration -Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz SCCM, MDT,WSUS, etc -Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers -Good understanding of networking concepts -Good knowledge in VB scripting or PowerShell scripting -Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 2016 / version 1802,1806,1810 1902 -Antivirus Product - Mcafee Crowdstrike
- Professional Attributes : -Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization -Flexible to work in 24/7 shift -Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback -React quickly to changing business conditions
- Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree or Equivalent 2 ITIL V3 Certified 3 Windows 10 or SCCM Certified
